Happy first Friday of 2019!

Have you emerged from your holiday fog? I am slowly starting to surface from my fried-foods, out-of-office, days-blending-together stupor and it feels good!
I'm excited for my first Friday post of the year, because it'll take on a new format which I'll be adopting for the rest of the year: Friday Favorites: Lucky Finds. Lucky Finds has been something I've been dreaming of creating a more consistent space for here on the blog, and I figured since I already almost always share my current favorites on Fridays, what better day for it? A great way to end each week, I think. :)
What can you expect from Lucky Finds? Each Friday, I'll be sharing a recap of my favorite things, whether it be clothes, home goods, favorite books, newly-discovered podcasts, a great article, etc. If the "favorite" is able to be linked, I'll do so, so you can enjoy it if you'd like, too!
So, without further ado, the first Lucky Finds of 2019:
-Pretty much the entire J.Crew sale (an extra 40% off clearance) -- I don't need anything and I'm trying to be good about random purchases, but if you have some money or gift cards to spend from the holidays, check out this sale (I'll live vicariously!).
-This beautiful shower curtain (who falls in love with a shower curtain? A 31 year old, that's who!) from H&M. I love their home line!
-If you're a fellow blogger and you haven't checked out the Influencer podcast, you should! Lots of great, authentic, inspirational info. I've been listening while on the treadmill and I feel like I'm having a (productive, fun) convo with a friend.
-I'm having a moment with hats (wanting all of them - maybe because it's so freaking cold out?), especially bright, cheery striped ones like this one and this one.
-We played this game at my work holiday party last night and, omg, it was so funny. If you're looking for a new game to try with family/friends, pick this up!

I love the idea of lucky finds. Especially when you find some good things on clearance. I love a good shower curtain as well.

DeleteSounds like a great idea! Have you thought of putting photos in too, as well as links? I am being selfish here as I can't often access US sites due to EU data protection laws. Weird eh? BTW I looked seeing Haddie's little face in your photos and videos - she always seems so concentrated. Those videos where you show her unimpressed by something she is watching are so funny and cute. Happy New Year by the way - I am seriously missing all of the high fat sugary food. I could say I want to get healthy but really I just want to stay unhealthy haha!
